The following spoke: Godfrey Bloom, who, on the basis of Annex I to the Rules of Procedure, raised the question of the rapporteur's financial interests in the matter under discussion, Caroline Jackson (rapporteur), who provided clarifications on the matter, and Monica Frassoni, on behalf of the Verts/ALE Group, who, without commenting on the particular case in question, considered that Parliament should improve its rules on conflicts of interest.
