9. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

- Cooperation Agreement on Satellite Navigation between the European Union and its Member States and the Kingdom of Norway;

- Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland;

- Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway;

- Agreement between the Kingdom of Norway and the European Union on a Norwegian financial mechanism for the period 2009 – 2014;

- Agreement between the European Union, Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Kingdom of Norway on an EEA financial mechanism 2009-2014;

- Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, on a framework agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova on the general principles for the participation of the Republic of Moldova in Union programmes;

- Agreement between the European Union and the Federative Republic of Brazil on certain aspects of air services.
