The following spoke: Konrad Szymański, to point out again that during the previous day's voting time he had been unable to speak in time to recommend the rejection of the report on a 2030 framework for climate and energy policies (minutes of 5.2.2014, item 9.25). (The President said there had been an administrative error and apologised).

The following spoke: Seán Kelly, to protest that the debate on the serious consequences of the severe weather in a number of European countries had been taken off the agenda, and Hannes Swoboda, who said that the inclusion of this item on the agenda for the next part-session had already been requested.

The following spoke: Bruno Gollnisch, to raise again the matter of the previous day's vote referred to by Konrad Szymański and request that a fresh vote be held. (The President replied that result of the vote announced was valid and drew attention to Rule 171(5).)
