European Council and Commission statement: Conclusions of the European Council meeting of 17 and 18 March 2016 and outcome of the EU-Turkey summit (2016/2546(RSP)).

Donald Tusk (President of the European Council) and Jean-Claude Juncker (President of the Commission) made the statements.
