Having regard to what Mrs Margaretha Winburg said in Norrköping, January 2001, about the Polish legislation on abortion, is the Irish legislation on abortion in accordance with the acquis communautaire and the Copenhagen criteria?

Does the Council plan sanctions against Ireland?
