Does the Commission provide funding for newspapers or periodicals based in Brussels whose articles are devoted to European issues and the functioning of the Community institutions? If so, which publications receive funding? How large is their circulation? What are the funding criteria? Has the Commission carried out a cost-benefit analysis with a view to ensuring that revenue from European taxpayers is used wisely while at the same time publicising European ideas?
