The Joint Transparency Register is now over six months old. Given that many interest groups operating in Brussels, for example those representing Irish farmers and Irish employers, are still not registered, would the Commission agree that this points to a basic flaw of the register, namely that it is not mandatory? Will the Commission now seek to make this registry mandatory? | |||
