Why is it that the Commission is zealous in the conduct of its affairs with regard to its prescription of laws and regulations, designed to improve and micro-manage the working and living conditions of EU citizens (even embracing such habits as smoking), whilst simultaneously disrupting the tranquillity of communities with its multicultural, population-transforming activities, which are disastrous in terms of their effect on criminality and social cohesion?
