It added that the EU had developed a comprehensive legal and policy framework addressing trafficking in human beings that was victim-centred, gender-specific, human rights-based and child‐ sensitive, with Directive 2011/36/EU and the EU Strategy towards Eradication of Trafficking in Human Beings as guiding instruments. It also announced that it would publish a study on children as high risk groups to trafficking, focusing, among other things, on missing children.
1. When will the study be ready?
2. Will it include any alternative solutions on how to prevent these crimes and improve the way in which they are investigated?
3. Are there data on how this problem is affecting accompanied and non-accompanied minors fleeing to Europe to escape conflict situations?
