Parliamentary questions
1 February 2018
E-000616-18
Question for written answer
to the Commission
Rule 130
Liadh Ní Riada (GUE/NGL)

 Subject:  Provision of special education
 Answer(s)

How does the provision of special education in Ireland measure up compared to our European counterparts?

Is the Commission satisfied with the level of spending on services compared to the levels in other Member States?

It would also be interesting to know if the Commission will be applying its influence on the Irish Government so that Ireland finally ratifies the UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities, which all EU Member States have signed up to.
