Monitoring the impacts on developing countries of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP): An overview of stakeholders' proposals

A number of stakeholders have seized the opportunity of the upcoming reform of the CAP to propose the setting up of mechanisms through which parties in developing countries negatively affected by the CAP could report on their situation, and obtain remedies.
