International Organisations in the Fisheries Sector - Evolution, Impact and Future Prospects - A Comparative Analysis (Report and Annexes)

This study was commissioned by the European Parliament to assess the evolution, impact and future prospects of international organisation in the fisheries sector and the current and future role that the European Commission plays in them. It examines 12 Regional Fisheries Bodies (RFBs) and six other international organisations with which the EU is involved as a Member or an observer. It also briefly looks at two emerging RFBs.
