EU Economic and Trade Relations with Russia

The paper looks at EU-Russia economic and trade relations. Following a general overview including investment issues, Russia's WTO membership and the future perspective of EU-Russia trade relations are examined. A short chapter is devoted to raw materials and energy, a key issue in the EU-Russia relationship. The study also looks at intenal econiomic and political reform in Russia and concludes with three possible scenarios of EU-Russia economic and trade relations, followed by policy options and recommendations.
