A "Traffic-Light Approach" to the Implementation of the 2011 and 2012 Country Specific Recommendations (CSRs)

This working paper provides a "traffic-light approach" to the implementation of the CSRs in a selection of EU Member States under the 2011 and 2012 European Semester Cycles. The analysis is based on existing assessments (by the European Commission, the IMF and the OECD) and information provided by Member States.
