This paper provides an overview of stakeholders’ activities at EU, national, regional and local level, in relation to national Recovery and Resilience Plans (RRPs). It presents a set of latest opinions and assessments by EU stakeholders and other relevant institutions and bodies on the implementation of these plans.

The European Parliament’s Committee on Budgetary Control recommends granting discharge for the budgets of seven administrative sections of the EU budget for 2018, but recommends postponing the decision on granting discharge for the European Council and Council, and for the European Economic and Social Committee. Europski gospodarski i socijalni odbor (EESC) savjetodavno je tijelo Europske unije. Ima 350 članova. Njegova mišljenja traže se u okviru obveznog savjetovanja za područja koja određuju Ugovori ili neobveznog savjetovanja s Komisijom, Vijećem ili Parlamentom.
