The 27th Conference of Parties (COP27) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change will take place in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, from 6 to 18 November 2022. The conference will focus on implementation action, delivery of financing pledges, and options to address loss and damage. Noslēgumā tiek aplūkoti ratifikācijas veidi, kas paredzami pēc galīgā teksta pieņemšanas.

In the light of the reform of the CFSP provisions, the study concentrates on analysis of the aspects which are at the root of the dysfunctioning of the CFSP and on the reform proposals put forward in the context of negotiations at the Intergovernmental Conference.
