It is composed of four parts as follows: Part 1: Main achievements - where the EP made the difference Part 2: Budgetary mechanisms in annual and multiannual procedures Part 3: Annual budgetary procedures 2005-2009 Part 4: Annexes - detailed budget figures and a Glossary of terms It was prepared jointly by the Secretariat of the Committee of Budgets and by the Policy Department on Budgetary Affairs.
