Counter terrorism. The NATO Secretary General and the EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator will join MEPs in the debates on Libya, Tunisia and the EU response to terrorist threats. (Monday)
LIBOR/EURIBOR scandal. Draft EU rules, prompted by the rigging of the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) and EURIBOR, will be put to a vote. (Tuesday)
