Step into the shoes of a Member of the European Parliament. Take a fast-track course on how Europe's democratically elected body works.
You will need to negotiate with fellow pupils to build the future you want for Europe. In imaginary political groups, you will discuss issues such as water solidarity and micro-chipping and will need to find a compromise in order to legislate. This activity is designed for groups of secondary school pupils and takes place at the Parlamentarium in Brussels.
The Role Play Game takes about 2 ½ hours and is free of charge. Sessions are held once on Monday afternoon, three times on Tuesday and Wednesday and twice on Thursday and Friday. Groups should contain a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 32 students.

Public transport is strongly recommended as as there are limited parking facilities in the vicinity of the European Parliament. For coaches, there is a coach drop-off and pick-up area at the junction of rue d'Ardenne, rue Montoyer and rue du Remorqueur.
Yes, there is a bicycle stand outside the Parlamentarium. Please bring your own padlock as we do not supply them.

The Parlamentarium can be reached by bus, metro and train. You can also walk to the European district from the city centre. Public transport is strongly recommended as there are limited parking facilities in the vicinity of the European Parliament.
