Office closing days

The European Parliament’s offices will be closed on 13 and 14 May 2021. Applications for access to documents will not be registered until 17 May 2021. The period within which a reply must be given to your applications (15 working days, as laid down in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001) will therefore commence on that date.


Due to the coronavirus epidemic outbreak and containment measures adopted by the European Parliament, the handling of applications for access to documents might be delayed. Should Parliament need to extend the time limit to reply to your application, you will be notified in due time, in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. We thank you for your understanding.
