We the Co-Presidents and the Bureau members of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly strongly condemn yesterday's car bombing in Somalia's capital Mogadishu, which killed at least 100 people and left 300 wounded. Those who are responsible for this heinous act must be held accountable and brought to justice. Our condolences go out to the families and relatives of the victims and we extend our wishes for quick recovery to the wounded.
