Outside Plenary sessions, the European Parliament premises in Strasbourg are available to non-profit and institutional organisations for the organisation of events with a European or cultural dimension.
Eligible organisations can host an event, including conferences, on Parliament’s premises and make the most of administrative and technical assistance, including:
- rooms:
- 40 conference rooms (30 to 350 seats)
- plenary chamber (1,450 seats)
- event coordination assistance
- conference technology services and interpretation facilities
- professional conference reception services to welcome and assist your participants
- participant registration platform
- guided tours of the European Parliament as part of the event programme
