Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the Director-General of the WTO will participate in an extraordinary meeting of the Steering Group on the Parliamentary Conference on the WTO (PCWTO) on Tuesday, 18 March 2025.

On Thursday 20 March between 10.30 and 12.30, INTA Members will hold two key exchanges with trade Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič: on the EU response to US trade policy and on on the priorities for EU trade policy (Structured Dialogue). Members will also vote on reports providing macro-financial assistance to Jordan and Egypt and on a package of agreements with Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway for a financial contribution to economic and social cohesion in the EEA and on fish imports into the EU.

On 19-20 February INTA Members will exchange with DG Trade Deputy Director General Rubinacci on the latest development in EU-US trade relations, including the announced US decision to impose tariffs on European steel and aluminum exports and the EU response.
