On 12 July, the INGE Committee started with a hearing on the impact of disinformation on minorities, LGBTI+ people and migrants. These groups are often the victims of malicious disinformation campaigns. The second part of the meeting addressed "Strategic or critical infrastructures", which was done in association with the LIBE Committee. It was followed by a debate on the use of common terminology in foreign information manipulation together with the EEAS StratCom Task Forces.
