2019 Discharge: Hearing with Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen

On 1 December 2020, the Committee on Budgetary Control held a hearing with Commissioner responsible for International Partnerships, Ms Jutta Urpilainen, in the presence of the reporting Member of the European Court of Auditors, Mr Baudilio Tomé Muguruza.
CONT Members heard Commissioner Urpilainen on the Commission's financial management and performance under MFF heading "Global Europe", and on the EDF, which were subject to annual audits by the Court of Auditors in 2019. The conclusions of the hearing may be taken on board by the Rapporteurs on their respective draft reports regarding the 2019 Commission and EDF discharge.
