In its meeting of 28 May, INTA's members discussed the future of the international trading system with Trade Commissioner Hogan. The discussion addressed a broad spectrum of topics, notably the beefing up of the EU's trade toolbox to ensure a level playing field in the recovery period as well as the diversification, resilience and sustainability of supply chains. The meeting also featured a first discussion of the draft of INTA's position on the Enforcement Regulation, a presentation of the Commission on the application of the "Grandfathering" Regulation for bilateral investment agreements between Member States and third countries, and a consideration of INTA's annual report on the implementation of the Common Commercial Policy.
