Monetary Dialogue Preparatory Meeting
On 31 May 2023, from 13:30 to 15:00 CET, the ECON Committee will hold the Monetary Dialogue Preparatory Meeting as part of the preparation for the upcoming Monetary Dialogue with the President of the European Central Bank. During the Preparatory Meeting, ECON Members will discuss current monetary policy issues and gather valuable insights from leading monetary policy experts.

2. The effects of high inflation and monetary tightening on the real economy
