Vote on Pharma Strategy and COP26, exchange on chemical strategy, LULUCF & batteries

ENVI Members voted on the amendments (11 October) and on the adoption (12 October) of the report on a Pharmaceutical Strategy for Europe and a resolution on the upcoming COP26 Climate Conference in Glasgow.
They also voted on the ENVI opinions on the implementation report on on-farm animal welfare and on the Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy.
Members debated the draft report on batteries and waste batteries and exchanged with the Commission on the Land Use and Forestry regulation. Members also debated with Bjorn Hansen, Executive Director of the European Chemicals Agency and with the Commission on the EU Chemicals' policy.
