Readying the EP position ahead of the COP27 in Sharm-el-Sheikh

On Monday 27 June, ENVI Members held an exchange of views on a draft resolution outlining Parliament’s expectations, the prospects and challenges for the UN Climate Change Conference 2022 to be held in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt from 7-18 November 2022.
Prior to the exchange on the draft resolution MEPs also held an exchange of views with Professor Ottmar Edenhofer, Chair of the European Scienitific Advisory Board on Climate Change.
