Combatting Menstrual Poverty and Improving Women’s Rights on Menstrual health

On Tuesday, 20 May 2025, the FEMM Committee with the participation of the Committee on Public Health held a public hearing on “Combatting Menstrual Poverty and Improving Women's Rights on Menstrual Health”.
The hearing aimed to examine the issues faced by many women and girls in the EU with regard to menstrual poverty. It will involve experts and representatives of women with menstrual health issues to address menstrual poverty and menstrual health.
