On 1st of March 2023, LIBE hosted a public hearing aiming at taking stock of the current situation of children on the move in the EU.

On Wednesday 1 March, MEPs debateed a draft motion for a resolution on the Commission’s draft adequacy finding covering the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as well as the relevant opinion of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).

During the LIBE Committee meeting on Thursday 2 March, the Commission presented their proposals that aim to revise the rules on the collection and transfer of advance passenger information (API).
