Study presentation: Brexit financial sector regulation stocktake

The ECON committee organised the presentation of a study on 25 April 2023 from 09:00 to 10:00 on ‘Recent trends in UK financial sector regulation and possible implications for the EU, including its approach to equivalence’.
This study describes the UK's new strategy in the field of financial services regulation and supervision, takes stock of changes already enacted in the UK, outlines the possible consequences for the EU, and provides suggestions for the EU on how to cope with this new environment.
