Committee vote

The Committee on Culture and Education (CULT) voted on the provisional agreement reached with the Council on the proposal for a Regulation establishing a common framework for media services in the internal market (“European Media Freedom Act”, Rapporteur: Sabine Verheyen, EPP Group) on 24 January 2024. Following the vote in Committee, the provisional agreement will be endorsed by the Plenary in March 2024.
