Public Hearing on Regulation of prostitution in Europe
On 6 December 2021 from 13.45 to 15.00 the FEMM Committee organised a hearing on “Regulation of prostitution in Europe, its cross-border implications and impact on gender equality and women’s rights”.
The hearing gave the floor to several experts who presented their ideas and different approaches to manage the prostitution phenomena in the different Member States, and, at the same time, to do a comparison between different models present in the European legislation.
