On 5 December 2024, the Committee on Budgetary Control will hold a hearing with Kaja Kallas, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy / Vice President of the Commission, in the context of the discharge to the European External Action Service (EEAS), in the presence of ECA reporting Member for EU administrative expenditure Jan Gregor.

Members of CONT Committee will present on 5 December 2024 a study on 'lessons learned from the implementation of crisis response tools inside the EU from a budgetary control point of view".

On 21 November 2024, the Committee on Budgetary Control held a hearing with Ylva Johansson, Commissioner responsible for Home Affairs, in the presence of ECA reporting Member Marek Opioła. The hearing was about the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) Heading 4 - 'Migration and border management'.
