In the week of 7 September, Members' work is split between meetings in Parliamentary Committees and political groups. Parliament's committees continue meetings with representatives of the Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union to discuss its priorities in relation to the committees' respective areas of responsibility. The Ireland’s Presidency started in the beginning of July and will continue until the end of December.
