On Monday 17 January Committee on Foreign Affairs jointly with the Subcommittee on Security and Defence will hold an exchange of views with Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative/Vice-President of the European Commission on the security architecture of Europe in the light of the ongoing crisis in Eastern Ukraine and along the Russia-Ukraine border.
