Komiteja var organizēt ekspertu uzklausīšanu, ja uzskata, ka tas ir vajadzīgs sekmīgai attiecīgā jautājuma izskatīšanai. Uzklausīšanu var rīkot kopīgi divas vai vairākas komitejas. Vairums komiteju organizē regulāras uzklausīšanas, jo tās sniedz iespēju uzklausīt ekspertu viedokli un apspriest svarīgākos jautājumus.
