The Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs will hold a Monetary Dialogue with Christine Lagarde, President of the ECB on 25 September. It will take place in an environment marked by uncertainty, inflationary pressures and the deteriorating economic outlook in the euro area. The topics of discussion will be achieving the right fiscal-monetary mix in the context of the economic governance review, and developments and implications of excess liquidity in the euro area.

The Fact Sheets on the EU provide an overview of European integration and of Parliament's contribution to that process.
