On 9 January 2017, Members of the Committee on Budgets, the Committee on Budgetary Control and the Committee on Legal Affairs held an exchange of views with Günther Oettinger, Member of the European Commission, on the transfer of the portfolio for Budget and Human Resources.
The exchange of views followed the resignation of the Vice-President of the Commission responsible for Budget and Human Resources, Kristalina Georgieva.
