Výbory Európskeho parlamentu sa môžu priamo zapojiť do dialógu s národnými parlamentmi na úrovni výborov. Dialóg môže prebiehať na schôdzach, na ktorých sa stretávajú poslanci národných parlamentov a poslanci EP z príslušných výborov a diskutujú o otázkach spoločného záujmu.
