Constitutive meetings
Constitutive meetings for standing delegations will take place on Monday 30 September afternoon and on Thursday 03 October (for the exact timing and meeting room, please check the corresponding delegation website).
The constitutive meeting of the Conference of Delegation Chairs is foreseen to take place on Wednesday 9 October afternoon in Strasbourg, provided all Delegation Chairs are appointed by that time.
