European Parliament decision on the appointment of Rachida Dati to the panel set up under Article 14(3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017

implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’)

The European Parliament,

–  having regard to Article 14(3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’),

–  having regard to its Rules of Procedure,

A.  whereas Rachida Dati meets the conditions laid down in Article 14(3) of the above regulation;

1.  Proposes that Rachida Dati be appointed to the panel;

2.  Instructs its President to forward this decision to the Council and the Commission.
