  Haarder (ELDR) rapporteur. – (DA) Mr President, a number of words have been omitted from paragraph 61 of the Danish version. It is the English version which is correct. In the Danish version, the following words should be added after the words “trade unions”: “as well as the rights of individuals vis-à-vis trade unions”. It is, then, not only a question of the right to form trade unions but also of rights vis-à-vis these trade unions.
