  Vytautas Landsbergis (PPE-DE). – Mr President, recital C could be amended by the addition of a few simple words, as the first necessity is a clear definition of political terror and terrorism. I see this as a logical remark, as nobody could say that is better not to have a definition or that it is not worth making the effort. I would therefore ask you to support this amendment.
