- Antes de la votación:

  Avril Doyle (PPE-DE), rapporteur. – Mr President, in the light of a declaration put on the record of this House last night by the Commission, during the plenary debate on the regulation on certain fluorinated gases, the text of which was not introduced during conciliation, and which compromises the spirit of the conciliation agreement and shows great disrespect and disregard for the clear will of Parliament and the Council, I should like to request a postponement of the vote on the two reports on fluorinated gases, at least until tomorrow.

  Hannes Swoboda (PSE). – Herr Präsident! Meine Fraktion würde das sehr unterstützen, damit wir die Dinge bis morgen klären können. Sollte es nicht geklärt sein, müssten wir es dann noch einmal verschieben. Aber wir sollten zumindest den Zeitraum ausnutzen.
