  Alexander Alvaro (ALDE). – Herr Präsident! Eine ganz kurze Zwischenbemerkung, da es sich um einen nicht ganz unwichtigen Bericht handelt: Inwiefern ist die Legitimation, abzustimmen, noch gegeben, wenn weniger als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend sind? Ich will unsere Zeit nicht verschwenden; das hat der ehemalige Präsident schon genug getan.

  El Presidente. Sí, señor Alvaro, recojo su inquietud, pero hemos comprobado que hay quórum de acuerdo con el Reglamento y las votaciones son válidas.

- Antes de la votación sobre la enmienda 11:

  Pervenche Berès (PSE), rapporteur. – Monsieur le Président, concernant l'amendement 12 qui a été déposé par le groupe PPE relativement au post-marché, nous souhaitons apporter un amendement oral.

I will say it in English. Rather than ‘its own settlement infrastructure’, we should say, ‘a settlement infrastructure’.

  Brian Crowley (UEN). – Mr President, this is just to say that I was mistaken on my last vote. I thought we were voting on the amendment instead of the final vote on the Berès report. I voted against when I should have voted in favour. This is just for the record. Thank you for your efficiency.
