  Philip Bushill-Matthews (PPE-DE). – Mr President I have a brief comment concerning amendment 10. The initial amendment was apparently mistranslated into German to mean exactly the opposite of what the English said because the English text was ambiguous. So the purpose of this is to remove the ambiguity. I am sorry that there was not time to clear this with all political groups, but I hope that they will support it because it is not trying to change the text. It is merely trying to clarify and remove the ambiguity.

  Pervenche Berès (PSE). – Monsieur le Président, je pense qu'il est humainement raisonnable d'arrêter cette séance de vote, quitte à recommencer une séance demain, à 11 h 30.

  Hannes Swoboda (PSE). – Herr Präsident! Ich möchte das voll und ganz unterstützen. Wir müssen jetzt mit der Abstimmung aufhören. Es ist nicht seriös, wenn wir noch weiter abstimmen, noch dazu über solch lange Berichte. Im Notfall müssen wir morgen die Redezeiten etwas kürzen oder exakt einhalten, so dass wir um 11.30 Uhr mit der Abstimmung beginnen können.
