  Michael Gahler (PPE-DE). – Herr Präsident! Ich sehe hier noch einen anderen Änderungsantrag vorher mit Änderungsantrag 1.

Der mündliche Änderungsantrag ist eine Ergänzung. Jetzt auf Englisch. Die Ergänzung lautet:

‘welcomes the Commission proposal that the EU Co-Presidency should be held by the competent EU institutions’, and then the original text continues.

  Hélène Flautre (Verts/ALE). – Monsieur le Président, en application de l'article 150, paragraphe 5, je souhaite, au nom du groupe des Verts, reprendre l'amendement 2 par appel nominal.

– Vor der Abstimmung über Ziffer 10:

  Michael Gahler (PPE-DE). – The new text of paragraph 10 should read as follows: ‘Considers that the new proposed secretariat should be integrated in the Commission services, could comprise officials seconded from ...’. Then the original text continues.
