  Reinhard Rack (PPE-DE). - Frau Präsidentin! Ich habe folgende Bitte: Wenn hier feierliche Sitzungen stattfinden, steht immer eine Kamera inmitten der Sitze. Da ist es für die Kameraleute nicht immer ganz einfach, hier zu arbeiten; es ist aber auch für die Abgeordneten ein Problem, wenn dort, wo man arbeiten will, eine Kamera steht. Könnte man dann nicht die Sitzordnung entsprechend ändern, wenn man diese Kamera hier haben will? Ansonsten sollte man sich eine technisch bessere Lösung einfallen lassen.

  Christopher Heaton-Harris (PPE-DE). - Madam President, I have been trying to wave to an usher throughout the voting procedure in order to give explanations of vote, but because you conducted votes so brilliantly and we got through them so quickly, an usher has not quite made it too me yet. I am holding a piece of paper asking to give two oral explanations of vote on the McGuinness and Breyer reports. I would appreciate it if you would allow me to do that.
